Timothy Smith, 34, was sentenced Thursday for the murder of Kurt Milliman, who was shot and killed in 2011 in the wake of noting a Craigslist promotion Timothy had set offering paid sex with his better half, Kimberly. 

It's his second conviction of a similar charge for the situation. Following a retrial, the Chicago Tribune announced. 

Judge Sharon Prather decided Thursday that Smith's cases that he lethally shot Milliman coincidentally, or, then again, with regards to himself and his significant other were not valid.
